It appears your browser does not support frames.
If you are stuck with an older browser or platform that cannot support frames, you probably need to return to the NO-frames ARC/Storytime page. And just ignore that frames link.
However, if you can run the newer Netscape or InternetExplorer (v3.0 or higher), you should consider downloading the latest (non-beta) version from their free sites. Sorry, I have no idea about all the other browsers on the market.
Of course, your problem might be buried in your preferences. Did you check a "No Frames" box somewhere/sometime? If so, why did you select something with FRAME in the link? Just kidding. Once upon a time, frames were a bad, bad thing on the web. People used them incorrectly to control the "look" of the page. But most sites have learned to use frames for ease of navigation. Just change your preferences for allowing frames.
